Inscape has completed its second artist in residency at Hobart's Community Rehabilitation Unit - Music at CRU
Clients worked with Hannah Irawan by engaging in a variety of music related activities including a weekly Music Group and client lead 1:1 music sessions. Clients explored their specific music interests, singing, movement and musicality as a channel in which to aid rehabilitation.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at CRU and bringing the element of musicality. The staff have been so professional, supportive and helpful - I loved observing their client centred approach to rehabilitation. The clients were incredibly brave to engage with me in exploring music, with some participants even trying singing for the very first time! I have grown both professionally, artistically and personally over my time -thank you CRU and Inscape for the opportunity to deliver this project.” (Hannah Irawan)
